Do I have to take off my underwear?

Here, you always decide. In relaxing massages, many people choose to keep their underwear on, while others feel more comfortable without it.

We always provide disposable underwear, and you’ll be covered with a large sheet throughout the session—only the area being worked on at any given time will be uncovered.

What matters most to us is that you feel comfortable.

Can the massage be adapted if I have an injury?

Of course! If you have any injuries, pain, or sensitive areas, please let us know before we begin and we’ll adapt the massage to ensure it’s safe for you.

We’re fully aware of both the benefits and the limits of our work, and we’ll always do our best to help you find relief—without ever putting your body at risk.

Our goal is for you to leave feeling better, not the other way around.

What if there is an area where I don't want to be touched?

You just say it—no explanation needed. Your body is yours, and only you get to decide what happens with it.

All of our massages are personalised, and you’ll have several opportunities to let us know your preferences: in the notes when booking, one day before the session via a form we’ll send you, when you arrive, and even during the massage itself. You can always tell us what you need—open and honest communication is key.

4

Can I talk during the massage?

If you feel like talking, you absolutely can.

My recommendation to get the most out of the experience is to enjoy it in silence—focus on your breathing, the sensations in your body, and try to quiet the mind… as if you were meditating.

But if, for whatever reason, it helps you to chat a bit or let something out, that’s perfectly fine too. It’s entirely up to you.

Do you do tantric massages?

This is a topic with a lot to unpack. What often happens is that many people confuse tantra with sex or the idea of a "happy ending". And nothing could be further from the truth.

Tantra is an ancient philosophy that comes from the same root as yoga. What many don’t realise is that tantra is not focused on sexuality, but on spirituality—on creating a deep connection that encourages the expansion of energy and full presence.

If someone promises you that kind of deep connection without even knowing you, believe me—they're either lying to you or trying to take your money.

What we offer is a professional, relaxing, and heart-centred massage. And yes, powerful energies may well move—but our intention is for you to enjoy a wellness experience where you can release tension and connect with your inner self, always with the utmost respect for you and for ourselves.
